This notice explains how information is handled on atoderead.com, including its English guides.

Contact information you send

The contact form receives your name or display name, email address, and message. The site operator uses them to review the request, respond where appropriate, and deal with corrections. Messages are delivered to the operator's receiving email address. They are not collected for public posting or unsolicited sales messages.

Do not include passwords or unnecessary addresses, health details, or other sensitive information. The form uses request verification and an automated-submission check to reduce misuse, but these do not prevent every unwanted message.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, contact us with the sending email address and the relevant request. We check identity and any legally required retention before responding.

Search performance and operational records

We use Google Search Console's aggregate information, including queries, search impressions and clicks, and indexing status, to improve content and structure. Those aggregates do not give the operator search users' names or contact details.

Hosting and security systems may record IP addresses, access times, requested URLs, and browser information for delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against misuse. External sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

Cookies and administration

WordPress uses cookies for functions such as administration sign-in and settings. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser, although some functions may stop working. New public comments are not currently accepted. If comments are reopened, the policy will explain the information collected and its purposes.

Google AdSense and advertising cookies

The site may use Google AdSense. When ads are served, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this and other websites. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies for personalized ads.

You can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center. Turning personalization off does not necessarily remove ads. Read Google's explanation of advertising and the Google privacy policy for details.

External delivery services

Some site functionality loads libraries from cdnjs. Requests to that service transmit communication information such as your IP address and browser details. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. The three English guide worksheets themselves do not require an external library.

Worksheets and practical tools

The English guides' checkboxes work in the page you have open. Our worksheet feature does not send checkbox selections to the operator or store them in cookies or browser storage; your browser may independently restore form states. Reloading or closing a page can lose the selections. Printing opens your device's print dialog. Treat saved files and printed pages appropriately, particularly on a shared device.

Other practical tools on Japanese pages process their inputs in the browser while the page is open, without transmitting those inputs to our site or an external service or storing them in browser storage. Copy buttons write results to your device clipboard. Page requests, contact forms, and advertising are covered separately above.
