Make one useful decision
Too Many Bookmarks? Sort Them by What You Will Do Next

Sort saved links by purpose: a page used repeatedly, something to read once, or a page supporting an unfinished task. A folder category alone does not tell you what remains to be done.
Check regular destinations
Verify that a frequently used support or service page is still the genuine current destination. If needed, navigate again from the official homepage. Do not put passwords or account secrets in bookmark names.
Separate reading from action
Give a saved article a reason to read it, and an action-related link a decision or task. Mixing the two can hide an unfinished application among optional reading.
Check sharing and synchronization first
Understand whether deletion affects other devices or a shared collection. Open similar-looking links before deciding they are duplicates, and agree before changing someone else’s shared list.
An example and a stopping point
For example, trip research links and confirmed-booking instructions serve different purposes. After the trip, review the research candidates while retaining any needed records in an appropriate location. Deleting a bookmark is not a substitute for checking what records matter. Start with one active folder instead of reorganizing every link at once; adding more folders does not create more reading time.
